At Epique, we support busy teams like no other brokerage in the industry. Through first-class benefits and dedicated support staff, we empower team leaders to operate more efficiently and focus on what matters most—growing their business.

 

Unofficial Teams: 

Unofficial Teams consist of two or more agents who want to brand and market as a team without formal structure requirements. There are no splits and no production minimums, and members do not receive reduced fees or commission caps.

Team Members remain eligible for the Power Award program, earning up to $15,000 in company stock, and both Team Leaders and Members have access to an Area Leader Mentor for support.

Traditional Teams:

Traditional Teams consist of two or more agents. Team Members benefit from a reduced monthly fee of $99 and a reduced commission cap of $10,000. Members are still eligible to participate in the Power Award program, allowing them to earn up to $10,000 in company stock at the end of their anniversary year. There are no team splits and no production minimums required.

Power Teams: 

Power Teams are high-production teams consisting of two or more agents who close at least $40 million in volume or 140 transactions annually, and who continue to meet these benchmarks each year.

Power Team Members benefit from a reduced monthly fee of $99 and a significantly reduced commission cap of $5,000. Like all Epique agents, they are also eligible to earn Power Award status, which provides the opportunity to earn up to $5,000 in company stock at the end of their anniversary year.

Family Teams:

Family Teams consist of two or more family members, typically made up of spouses but may also include other family members such as grandparents, siblings, or cousins. Team members benefit from a reduced monthly fee of $99 per person and a lower commission cap of $10,000. There are no team splits, and both the Team Leader and Team Members have access to an Area Leader Mentor for guidance and support.
