EVERYTHING WAS REDONE! It's not as common as it should be when a COMPLETE restoration is done on a historic type home. The beautiful work done on this 1918 home will not disappoint. Foundation completely replaced, beams where needed, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof, sheetrock, just about everything was redone along with an addition that was added. This house was gutted down to the shiplap on the walls and was slowly put back together by a seasoned rehabber. 1" thick bead board was added down the long hallway that takes you through the entire house. 9.5" baseboards were added throughout, trim, and crown molding.
