Here is what we love and will miss about our awesome condo. We love the location which is central to everything. We will miss our neighbors who have made our building a harmonious and fun place to call home. We love the layout and the loft of the ceiling, the brightness and east facing orientation which allows sunrise to wake us in the morning and all of our plants to thrive. The split bedroom floorplan offering privacy and so much storage... in turn offering so much to pack:). Where we have added value...Ceramic tile and LPV flooring throughout (vinyl only in the utility room); upgraded lighting, ceiling fans, and faucets; Kitchen upgrades include eco-friendly quartz with integrated recycled glass counters, tile backsplash, stainless steel refrigerator with french door, convenience drawer, bottom drawer freezer, water and ice dispenser in door, all new stainless appliances including 5 burner oven with melt, warm, and dual elements, microwave, and dishwasher. A healthy addition is our Reverse Osmosis water system under the kitchen sink. We have also installed a remote control sun shade on the balcony and are including the washer and dryer. A central focus of the home is the top of the line gas fireplace with custom tile surround. To soak or not to soak...we have created a twist in the masterbath for those who don't prefer long baths (no worries for all who love a good bubble bath... the tub is still there). While on the subject of soaking be sure to check out the huge community pool... big enough to do laps!
