Deer & Duck property consists of mainly hardwood bottoms, nice big oaks, producing lots of acorns, Mud Creek which will have water year round except during droughts. Property has lots of whitetail deer, and when the sloughs fill up in the late fall to early winter, pretty good duck hunting too. This area has some Eastern Wild Turkey while I have not yet gotten a picture of one on this property. This creek bottom also is home to lots of feral hogs, squirrels, racoons and coyotes. Most of the property is in the FEMA 100 year flood plain, but it may be possible to satisfy for a homestead property. . But it is the ultimate hunting and recreation property. It also has some really nice native pine trees too, reaching high into the sky. This hunting ranch is just the right size for a father and son or two buddies to hunt and enjoy. Property has lots of trails throughout and would be an excellent place to call coyotes. Smaller ranches are selling fast, this one won't last long.
